01 / Learn the landscapeUK & EU context

New questions.
Local understanding.

A new market brought new considerations: different regulations, regional terminology and the language businesses use to find a fulfilment partner. Learning that context was part of building the website.

Jake adapted the marketing approach as the work progressed, translating an expanding business’s offer into a presence that made sense for a UK audience.

Still Launch.
Clearly UK.

The task was to carry the existing brand into a new setting. The Launch mark and blue visual language keep the connection clear; UK spelling and locally relevant content give the branch its own voice.

Even “fulfilment” matters. Small language choices sit alongside regional search considerations, including hreflang, in making a website fit its intended audience.

Make the offer
easy to explore.

The website brings together the UK operation, specialist service pages, educational content and a route to request a quote. Its job is to help a business understand the offer and take the next step.

The public site includes ecommerce and sector-specific services, cross-border resources and a fulfilment cost calculator. These give visitors several ways to explore whether Launch fits their needs.

The involvementLeadership / Adaptation / Delivery

A new presence.
Room to grow.

Jake’s contribution was the marketing leadership and website work behind the UK presence: learning the market, adapting the brand and carrying the direction through delivery.

The story is one of an established brand finding its footing in a new market, with a digital presence built to support the branch as it grows.
